Your licence

When you install TickWave you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. The app and its design remain ours.

• Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app.
• Do not decompile or reverse engineer it, except where local law expressly permits.
• Do not remove or obscure branding inside the app.

App stores

TickWave is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your purchase, refund and billing relationship for any paid item is with the store, and the store's own terms apply alongside these.

What we promise

We build carefully and we fix what we break. We cannot promise that the software will be free of every fault, or that a tuning reading is suitable for a particular professional purpose. Use your ears as the final judge.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, tempiTune is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions go to tempituneofficial@gmail.com.
