Refunds

Purchases are handled by the app stores, so refunds are requested there. Here is the route for each.

Apple App Store

Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase. Apple reviews and decides the request.

Google Play

Open Google Play, find the order in your purchase history and request a refund there, or use the Google Play refund form.

If something is broken

If a refund request comes from a fault in TickWave, write to tempituneofficial@gmail.com with your device, operating system version and what happened. We will investigate the fault and support your request with the store where we can.
